Adding a Comment

• Sometimes it is more useful to provide feedback in the Add a Comment box rather than deleting someone else's work
• Each page has its own Add a Comment box at the bottom of the screen for you to write your comments

(Note: Information added to an Add a Comment box does NOT send an email alert, nor does adding a file without linking it to a page)

History

• Each page has a page history
• It looks like a little clock and you see it when you are in VIEW mode (not EDIT mode)
• When you click on it, you will see all the revisions to that page
• Click on a date and time for a revision
• To revert to that version select "Revert to this version"

(Note: If you only want a piece of what was on the old version, you can copy it while viewing the old version, and then paste it back into the current version.)

Deleting and Renaming Pages

• PBwiki gives you multiple ways to delete or change page names
• By simply selecting "Rename this page" or "Delete this page" in the top right corner you can change the page you are currently working on (when in EDIT mode)
• When in VIEW mode, you can select "View all pages" to see all the pages in the wiki and rename or delete them
• This page also tells you when the page was last edited and provides another way to see all the revisions that have been made to each page

Settings

• As an administrator, PBwiki allows you to change a number of settings by clicking on the Settings link in the upper right-hand corner (when in VIEW mode)
• You can change everything from the Look and Feel of the wiki to the privacy settings
