Make wikis a key part of workflow that *all* employees participate in by:

Creating Team Member pages that each person has ownership of

Centralizing information such as company policies or logins for accounts so co-workers know where to go and don't have to bug the Office Manager

Putting up meeting notifications and sign ups, as well as keeping minutes on the wiki page throughout the session

Using a wiki page as a sign-out sheet for small equipment or for conference rooms
Everyone Likes to be Rewarded for Good Behavior

Don't forget to praise the pioneers and champions of your wiki
-
Offer free lunch at training session
-
Offer a $5 Starbucks gift card to the first person who accurately uses the wiki to sign out equipment or complete other regular project tasks

Organize a happy hour using the wiki and refuse to send an email out about it

Make sure you thank people when they save you time by using the wiki instead of sending out 5 emails
